Gloria had an affinity for traveling and was fortunate enough to take one last trip to Greece and Italy shortly before her death along with her eldest son, Michael-Aidan, where they spent a blissful two weeks together. Apart from being a dedicated wife, she was a devoted daughter to her elderly parents and lived for the well-being of her three children whom she loved with all her heart. She married Julio Cesar Barrientos on Valentine’s Day of 2015. Gloria's perseverance led her to receive her Associates of Applied Science in Accounting from Austin Community College earlier this year.
